If you use the chat feature, we process the messages you send and recent conversation context. If you book through a scheduling link or enroll in a messaging program, the provider or program may collect contact, scheduling, or consent information as disclosed there.

We and our service providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security signals, and standard server logs. Forms use IP address for abuse prevention and include hidden anti-spam fields.

How we use it

We use personal information to operate and secure the site; respond to inquiries; evaluate and discuss potential work; provide requested services; schedule conversations; generate chat responses; deliver messaging programs; maintain records; comply with law; and improve our systems using aggregated or de-identified information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The site may use essential browser storage and basic analytics or performance measurements to operate the experience and understand pages viewed, referral sources, and session performance. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising on this site. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.

AI-assisted chat

If you use the chat feature, your latest message is sent to a Freedman Systems safety-screening service, and recent conversation messages are sent to Groq or, if needed, NVIDIA to generate a response. The browser keeps the active conversation so the feature can work; the website does not intentionally create a separate long-term chat transcript. The providers may process requests and technical data under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, health, financial-account, or authentication information in chat.

SMS messaging

Where we or a client offer an SMS program, we process phone numbers, consent records, message content, delivery status, and opt-out information as needed to operate that program. The purpose and frequency are disclosed when the number is collected.

Data from our builds and tools

Freedman Systems LLC designs, operates, and maintains custom software, automations, and internal tools, both for our own business and on behalf of clients. When one of these systems collects data, that data is processed to make the system work and deliver the service for which it was built.

When we operate a build for a client, we act as a service provider handling that data on the client's behalf. It is governed by our agreement with that client and by any privacy terms shown inside that specific product. We do not sell personal data from any of our builds, and we do not reuse identifiable personal information for unrelated purposes.

We may use aggregated or de-identified patterns and reusable components to improve our systems. We do not expose one client's identifiable personal information to another client or reuse it for an unrelated purpose.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for us, including website hosting and logs (Vercel), email and inquiry delivery, scheduling (Cal.com when you choose that link), safety screening, AI response generation (Groq and NVIDIA), and messaging delivery (such as Twilio when an SMS program is used). Inquiry forms also send limited event metadata, such as the site and form name, to a Freedman Systems lead-log service; the form's message content is delivered through our email infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transaction.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including active inquiries and client relationships, legal and accounting obligations, security, dispute resolution, and honoring opt-out requests. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the system in which it is stored.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to receive information about how it is used and disclosed; or to appeal or complain to a regulator. You may also opt out of marketing email or SMS using the instructions in the message.
